ACQUISITION OF INFORMATION - We do not acquire any more information about the customer than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
OUR EMPLOYEES AND PRIVACY - We train all our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about customers only to those employees who require it to process the order.
SECURITY MEASURES - We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
DISCLOSURE to THIRD PARTIES - We will provide individually identifiable information about customers to third parties ONLY if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the customer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services such as shipping companies.
EMAIL & PHONE Correspondences - All conversations / electronic mail messages are recorded in any case of disputes regarding transactions. Information, if required to settle disputes, will be made available to third-party agencies such as local courts, our company law firm, and other involved parties such as banks.
* THE REFILL STATION reserves the right to deny any return.
* No Returns or Refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
* Authorization must be given before any items for return or refund will be accepted. Please contact us for authorization. A valid reason is required to receive authorization, and any shipment sent without authorization will be rejected. Please also include in the shipment a note indicating the issue(s) with the items.
*Refunds will be made in the same method of payment that the purchase was made.
* Full credit will be issued only for unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
* Products that are returned should have shipping charges prepaid to the location for full credit.
* We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
* For a return, you must also provide Proof of Purchase, such as the Invoice.
* A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged for all approved returns.
*Printers have a 14-day warranty if the product Is defective. THE REFILL STATION will accept the printer's return in the original packaging (including all accessories and manuals) with the original sales receipt.
*All new printers sold by THE REFILL STATION carry a limited warranty as specified by their respective

Same-Day Shipping Guarantee: All orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 pm EST will ship the SAME DAY (business days only).
Handling Fees: THE REFILL STATION charges NO handling fee for Customer delivery orders placed over the phone. All online orders are exempt from the handling charge.
Shipping Errors: Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e., wrong address or zip code) or change will be billed directly to the customer.
Tracking: Please provide a valid email address when ordering. Once the order is processed, we will send out an email confirmation for your review, and after the order is shipped, we will use this email to send you a tracking number. The email will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We try to address your concerning issues with the product order to ensure the speediest and most accurate shipping possible.
International Orders: All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be shipped using the method that gives YOU the best rate. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO ENSURE ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS. We will confirm a new order total with you if the total shipping INCREASES. Order tracking is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get the shipping date in those instances.

PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Before you finalize your orders, please ensure that you have the correct shipping address, the item number(s), and the quantities. There will be no refunds or adjustments once you click the Terms and Conditions! Once your order has left our facility, it is no longer in our hands, and if your package is lost or not received, you have to contact the carrier.

THE REFILL STATION will make every effort to ship your order within a 24-hour period.
Prices are those in effect at the time of shipment and are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed online, we cannot apply any discount codes after the fact. Cancellation of an order has a fee of 25%.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Completed authorization forms are required for all equipment sales.
Credit card and check deposits not used for purchases within 90 days will be forfeited.
Acceptable returned goods or any cancellation of orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for returning with a shipper capable of showing proof of delivery, properly packaging, and fully insuring the return shipment.
No return authorization or credit will be granted after 15 days of the invoice date or for returned material that is not in a resalable condition.
ANY TYPE OF INK (Sublimation ink, Regular ink) is not returnable
ONCE A PRINTER IS REMOVED FROM ITS PACKAGING AND CARTRIDGES ARE INSTALLED OR USED, THEY ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNLESS ITS DEFECTIVE AND ITS NOT BEEN USED.
All equipment and products are only returnable if defective from the manufacturer. Customers need to call to get approval to return. There is a 3-month warranty on certain products; the warranty does not mean a lifetime. Customers must purchase new equipment after a year if they need to.
All shipments are F.O.B. Miami, FL, USA.
There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks.
To return defective consumable merchandise, please email us the picture in order for us can send you a return label for the product that was damaged. We do not accept products back that are non-defective.
All orders for shipment out of the USA must be prepaid.
All equipment is shipped with the understanding that all sales are final.
There is a 25% restocking fee on non-defective merchandise and any refused orders.
Any credit must be used within a year. If not used, this credit automatically expires.
RETURN POLICY CONSUMABLE SUPPLIES:
THE REFILL STATION makes every effort to fill your orders accurately with quality pre-tested products. When returns are necessary, please follow these easy steps:
1. If, in the rare instance, you find defective merchandise in any shipment, call THE REFILL STATION customer service department within five days of receiving the shipment.
2. Please have the following information ready when you call THE REFILL STATION: Name, Company Name, Invoice Number, and Reasons for return.
3. You will be issued a return authorization number (RA#) and a call tag. Orders returned to THE REFILL STATION without authorization will be refused. Send authorized merchandise to be returned to:
